Adam D. Elrod is the Founder and Principal Attorney at The Elrod Law Firm.  He has been a practicing attorney licensed by the State Bar of Texas since 2005 with over a decade of experience in IRS tax representation and civil litigation.

He has been licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service since 2009, and has represented hundreds of individual and business taxpayers in Federal and State tax disputes and collections matters, settlement negotiations, IRS Revenue Officer cases, audits, summons appearances, appeals, and tax lien and levy release negotiations.

Mr. Elrod has additionally represented individuals and businesses in a wide variety of litigation matters, and has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, construction litigation, debt collections litigation, and large-scale discovery.

A born-and-raised Texan, Adam is a 1997 graduate of Cypress Falls High School, received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, with membership in the Honors College, from the University of Houston in 2001, and received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2004.

Adam, his wife of close to 20 years, Christi, and their three children, live in Katy, Texas where they have been active members of Second Baptist Church for many years.
